Flexible working at Ben

Ben is hybrid first. Recognising the evolving nature of work, we’re committed to fostering a flexible and inclusive working environment.
We see great value in mixing working from home with working in the office; we believe it supports well-being and better work-life balance, whilst having time together supports innovation, communication, productivity and a sense of belonging.

Most of our teams work 2-3 days in our central London office.  Our Engineering team is our only combined team, with both remote-first and hybrid roles.
