The way companies reward their people today is broken - it's a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach that hasn't evolved to meet the demands of the modern workforce. How we work is changing, but compensation - salary, bonus, equity, benefits - has been stuck in the the same place for decades. Ben is changing that, starting with employee benefits and our mission is to make benefits and pay work for everyone, everywhere.
We have been featured in TechCrunch and Financial Times (to name a few) and we're super proud to be backed by some of Europe's leading VC funds including Atomico, Seedcamp, Cherry, and DN Capital and the people behind companies such as Indeed.com, Peakon, Personio, Wise, Workday, and GoCardless.
As our first Performance Marketing Manager you’ll have the opportunity to build on a simple yet effective setup for paid marketing and turn it into a best-in-class function. You’ll be responsible for the development and end-to-end execution of search engine marketing and paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms including Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook. As part of the Growth function you will be working with the wider team to develop new campaign concepts, run tests and analyse the data to provide actionable insights to grow the channels. Our team is small, which means a high level of autonomy, ownership, and responsibility.
What you'll be working on:
Conduct competitor analysis and collate 3rd party data to benchmark our performance and influence our future strategy
Managing and optimising our current SEM and Paid Social accounts, including Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook
End to end development of new campaign concepts, ranging from concept ideation and creative & copy briefing, all the way to executing and refining the campaigns
Take a data-driven and empirical approach to exploring and testing new channels, ad formats and campaign concepts
Measure and report performance of all campaigns, dig deep to identify trends and insights to optimise campaigns over time
Develop and own your experimentation roadmap including A/B creative & copy tests (both for ads and landing pages), incrementally tests, spend scaling tests etc.
Take full responsibility for spend management across our Paid Channels, striving for optimal allocation of budgets
We think you will excel in this role if you:
- Have experience managing paid digital media across SEM & Paid Social
- Have experience successfully scaling Paid Social and SEM channels for B2B companies
- Are hands-on experience in handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results
- Have the ability to prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong attention to detail, driving projects end-to-end
- Have strong analytics skills to hone and refine your campaigns for successful results
- Have extensive experience analysing data and using tools, including Google Analytics, Hubspot, Hotjar and/or equivalent to track and optimise campaigns for success
- Have an understanding of wider marketing channels and how they fit into the full consumer journey
- Experience in technical & on-page SEO a plus
It's all in the name 🙂
